Who is responsible for digital risk?
Identify who makes decisions, who implements them and who checks that the arrangements work. Are these responsibilities explicit and understood?
What evidence supports an AI approval?
Consider the intended use, the information involved, supplier assurances, possible failures and the safeguards available. Record who accepts the remaining risk and when the decision will be reviewed.
What happens in the first hour of an incident?
Check who coordinates the response, how leaders contact one another if normal systems are unavailable, and which decisions cannot wait. Test the arrangements through an exercise.
